Willow - Watch Live Cricket

Apart from annoying advertisements, what makes this app so bad is that it is not user friendly. It is outdated. The developers made updates that were awful and made watching cricket on the app awful. It also keeps logging off in the middle of the match. The app no longer works on my television, but when it used to work the video quality was often very bad.

I just subscribed and now it wants me to pay again. money already went off my account and now I cant watch a game I really wanted to see.

I am a paid member and get an error stating unable to process. what's the point of making monthly payments and unable to watch the match when it matters. I should be refunded

There is no way to contact customer support. I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but I’m unable to do so through the app, and the customer support team has not responded to my email inquiries. This has been a terrible experience, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support. It is frustrating to be unable to cancel a subscription and receive no assistance from the support team.

ICC needs to revoke license for Willow. Ads when it's a paid subscription, gateway timeout errors, low quality video Absolutely garbage of an app.
