The service is good, but the app is terribly undercooked for what is probably going to be people's most used form of accessing said service. The "contact us" button doesn't work (doesn't fill in Nebula's email address), very limited gestures (swiping from the top to see notifications 9/10 times removes you from full screen; no 2-tap to pause; fullscreen button is in the top right corner, hard to access), only one playlist (that isn't even a playlist, and you can't batch-remove watched videos)...

Really lacking in features. I wish i could remove/block some creators who flood my feed or whom I simply don't enjoy watching. The views to browse your followed people are really simple and limited. Hard to find stuff in general. Hasn't changed at all over the years it seems. What's going on guys?

app runs great, only lags when in low quality wifi(kinda obvious but busses, planes and 3g doesn't work. not sure how people dont know that, most things dont work with them) but everything else is great, great AI policies, great originals e.g: the layover, day pass. ad-free aswell. their range of originals is massive, you just got to find what works for you. my only complain about the site is that its not clear what channels are connected making finding more from a crater harder than yt.
