It was a 5 star but I've adjusted it to 3. There are some cool features about the nutrition piece but it does not update the grocery list when I swap out meals which makes it harder when trying to quickly meal plan for the family. It also has been lagging quite a bit recently and not fixes glitches with trying to swap meals even when closing it out and opening it again.
When I first bought this app, I loved it!!! I mostly used it for the nutrition side. After the update, it has not been good... You aren't able to edit your calories anymore, the recipes are repeated for an entire month so there isn't any variation anymore and to top it off the recipe calories do not change based on the calories that you should be eating... bring back the old app!!!!
newest version I tried to love... Katrina and her team are phenomenal. this app is not it. it has a lot of promise but it freezes a lot and needs fine tuning. I will edit this when this is fixed but I can't even change my meals for the day and more than half the time the app is blank but I can read words.

im giving 2 stars simply for the content, otherwise the app itself is not as user friendly as it used to be. It does not save workouts or logged weights consistently which seems to be a glitch, it seems to have problems with my music player playing in the background while using the app. the rest timers time out if you switch out of the app or your screen times out. I end up just using the plan itself and logging everything in my own notes app...
well I do love this app. the new update makes it so that my music stops when I'm looking at my next set and I don't necessarily love that. if that could be fixed that would be amazing!
