【Reverse: 1999 Story】 On the last day of 1999, a 'storm' poured down. People and buildings walking down the street melted away in the rain and the world entered a new past again. Everyone except you was eroded by the 'storm' and disappeared. The birth of 'Tempest' was suspected of having a relationship with the "Hand of Reconstruction" who was engrossed in finding the glory of a magician in a world where mankind and magicians coexist. ‘Bertine’ (the main character), who is not affected by the storm, is appointed as a ‘Time Keeper’ by the ‘Saint Pavlov Foundation’, a sorcerer’s organization.
