If you have a long downtime due to server maintenance, you should give the player some in game gift worth to wait and for the patience. And some note or messege that said sorry for the wait. Actually it's really a good game, but have bad game management. it's sea server but feels like thai server. There are often typos or wrong announcements and there is no notification of error corrections on FB page sea server, If there is a notification regarding a posting error, it is only edited on FB page thai server or even just in Thai forums which are specifically for Thai players with Thai language. And it's p2w. This game is not ready to release for sea server.
