0/5 stars. DO NOT DRIVE FOR HOPP. I joined to support a Canadian company, but it was a nightmare. A rider trashed my car. I earned $19 and paid $290 out of pocket for professional cleaning. Hopp refused the cleaning fee. When I asked what invoice details they needed, support said: "I am unable to disclose our internal invoice verification requirements." They hide behind secret rules to scam drivers. Lyft is WAY better and actually protects drivers. Avoid Hopp at all costs!
Hopp is a wonderful rideshare company that is growing quickly across Ontario. I really hope to see them continue to expand! Their customer service is fast, helpful, and very reliable.
What started as a great in person onboarding turned into a completely pathetic experience. Non response & complete disregard for someone earning them money. I had been driving my car in Toronto for 7 years, got onboarded after paying for the inspection & paperwork. I wasn't allowed to accept a ride starting within the boundaries of Toronto. Even after having lived & actively driving in the city for years. So I finished lessons, passed exams & applied for permit. Did not receive any help.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service and unable to log into my account I hope this issue is resolved quickly also customer service they don't respond on time they respond just like after 2 days 3 days even when they respond they never give you the accurate information
