Once was great in Toronto but has gone down hill quite a bit lately. I still use it for the combo of being a European company and lower prices than the other rideshare apps, but it is sometimes harder to get rides in a timely manner. The customer service has really fallen apart though, hopefully they start trying again - good luck getting a refund if the driver screws you over or anything like that. Still, at least it's not American...
