the app will not allow you to buy tickets with an existing payment method. it will also not allow you to register a new payment method. anyone who owned a physical travel card has had their card invalidated in a planned system "upgrade" over the summer. so this dysfunctional app is it. if you travel without a ticket, you get fined. what is happening in this country. glad im going back to portugal where the public transport (and healthcare) systems have not completely broken down

Edit: Oct 2026: app gets a single star as it failed to charge my payment method which has been working for years, and I can't travel. "Fortsat Check in" still not supported - DSB app has had it from the beginning. If I have a Pendlerkort in any other service, can't Rejsekort figure out I don't need to pay for my zones? And please allow muting check-out reminders which pop up during the trip, while still in a train/bus. Especially when you make stops during your trip, the app keeps sending them.
