PERSONAL MAILBOX Forget paper and contact your AOK digitally. Send and receive messages securely and encrypted at any time. SUBMIT DOCUMENTS Conveniently submit documents, such as invoices, via the app. This also applies to your family members. KEEP AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR OWN PROCESSES Track the status of your applications and stay up to date. ELECTRONIC PATIENT RECEIPT Get an overview of the services you have used, the costs we cover, and your co-payments. OVERVIEW OF SICKNESS PERIODS See your sick notes and child sickness benefit days for the past four years at a glance. CHANGE DATA Easily change your personal data directly in the app, whether you're moving or getting a new cell phone number. REQUEST CERTIFICATES Quickly and easily request all the certificates you need. LIVE HEALTHY AND BE REWARDED Collect bonus points by simply proving activities such as vaccinations, exercise, or your gym membership via a fitness tracker* or photo upload in the app. Depending on your AOK, you'll be rewarded with bonuses, subsidies, or cash, which you can cash out directly in the app. HOW TO USE: Not yet registered in the "My AOK" online portal? Download the "My AOK" app and register directly in the app. We'll send you an activation code by mail. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately. Already registered in the "My AOK" online portal? Download the "My AOK" app and log in with your login details. We will send you an activation code to your personal mailbox. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately. REQUIREMENTS: You are insured with AOK and at least 15 years old. Your smartphone must be running at least Android version 10. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA: We ensure the best possible security for your health data. The My AOK app uses a two-factor login. Compliance with legal data protection regulations is a matter of course for us.
