scam, scam, scam. Don't buy it, don't look for a solution here, it's just a scam. They get you on with the trial, only they won't let you cancel after you have the trial subscription, and even when you _do_ the basic teir doesn't do ANYTHING at all, so you have to pay for the things it promises originally to solve. And even then, I doubt they'd be able to help you. So just save yourself the trouble and avoid these and other programs they make. Dr. Fone, Filmora, Wondershare, etc.
