The volume through the app is significantly lower than if I access HBO through the Amazon Prime app. I don't like that. Ai gave me several fixes that I can't explain and I'm not going to do (change audio output, blah blah). The reason I was given is, "it's better quality for dialogue and better quality for louder moments". Well, there's no quality, for me, because I can't hear it. The hard-of-hearing elderly probably don't watch HBO through the app so that's how you get away with it.
