Các quyền lợi, điều kiện sử dụng và cơ chế tính phí cũng không được giải thích minh bạch, khiến người dùng không nắm rõ mình đang trả tiền cho điều gì.Việc tự động trừ tiền khi thông tin về gói cước chưa rõ ràng gây cảm giác người dùng bị động và thiếu công bằng.
