constantly spams me with weird and manipulative ads for premium every single time I open the app. off putting, annoying, and wasting my time. no ability to contact customer service either, just an ai chatbot that doesn't work. premium is a rip-off. absurdly overpriced for features that used to be free.
I paid for this app to avoid the relentless in-app requests to pay for a subscription, and it still begs me to pay for *another* subscription. might as well have the free version

very poor. I had an account that I hadn't used for a long time so I had to click on forgot password. I went through the process of resseting the password 3 times. the only special characters they allow are - and _ which is NOT explained in the instructions. then after finally ressetting m my password it keeps forcing me to the app fix your sign up process then maybe you'll have a decent app
I've been using the app for years. Don't suddenly add an unskippable set of questions to try and get me to sign up for premium.
