the purpose of the app is to open and collect cards but with the most recent update they have made it so much harder to navigate the store. what's the point of making the key mechanic of purchasing packs more difficult?

At times it's a great app but they are now running a '26 Postseason contest and all '26 players cards are not available because they did not input the names in correctly. After one week plus support is still zero help. Another week down problem hasn't been resolved. New Postseason cards aren't working.

Once again, you've fixed things that aren't broken. Changing the wheel into cases was unnecessary. The new store organization makes it more difficult to find things or to see what's new. Seems like you're trying to see how far you can push before we uninstall... For the love of God, please stop "improving" the look and feel...
