This app isn't reliable. In the most recent update, it says you can plug the vehicle in during a schedules charge and it will work. This isn't accurate. You have to already have it plugged in. If you take it out and put it back, it won't charge. And sometimes, it just straight up misses scheduled charging and my car will be dead in the morning. I emailed the company my issues and had zero response. This app needs serious work.

This app replaced the previous PulseQ app, which fixed my issue with initiating charge. I would have to unplug charger and plug into port before the wifi connected, or I would get an error and it would not charge. This new app works flawless for me.

"The PulseQ App is the dedicated app for the PulseQ AC Lite and PulseQ AC Pro residential AC charging. With this app, users can remotely control the charging and access the real-time charging status, among other functions. 1. Configure network settings for the charging through the app, enabling remote control adjustments once the station is connected to the network. 2. Monitor real-time charging status, including voltage, current, and charging time. 3. Users can schedule charging sessions in advance, and the station will automatically start charging at the set time. 4. Share charging access with friends by giving them charging permission through the app for shared charging. 5. Enjoy the convenience of voice-controlled charging and status inquiries through Alexa voice commands."
