Not reliable! The scheduled operation is not reliable and misses at times (not acceptable). In two cases over the last week I had to wake up in the middle of the night and charge manually using the button the app, because automatic charging had failed. If there is glitch in your wifi, the scheduled charging does not occur! These are not acceptable. The plug and play does not work if your car does not charge immediately and will shutdown. This last issue makes the unit not very usable!

Most everything works fine but the scheduled charging has some serious issues. If you plug in after scheduled charging was scheduled to start it doesn't start. You then have to manually start the charge. That then causes problem #2 - if you say to charge now it shuts off your scheduled charge.

I have emailed the people twice and they haven't responded, you would think that a company that makes EV chargers would get on the issue but instead they don't bother to respond. So at this point i will not recommend them to any one. There problem is that the pulse q app isn't working.. E. M.

I have been using this app for two months so far, and the last update solved the wifi connection issue. The charging schedule option is great as well. Look forward to see future updates! Great app! My car is 2023 Pro s id4
