This is my 4th or 5th year using the app, unfortunately, there is now a huge lag/delay in when messages appear in the app making it almost impossible to have conversations. Notifications seem to appear promptly, but nothing shows in the chat until much much later. Please fix. I have confirmed that many others are experiencing the same issue.

Seems to be failing. Our teams have been using this app for 2 years, this is year 3 and it has serious lag in chat. Half the messages don't come through for 2-3 hours so half the time most of us are not sure what is being discussed. Not just mine so it is a programming glitch that needs attention. The latest update was Oct 7 and its worse. Not sure how to address this.

I really hate that I have to pay an ungodly amount of money for my kids to play hockey, I'm forced to use this app, and it then subjects me to relentless ads. I think it's beyond obnoxious

Every time there's an update I get logged out and logging back in is always a pain. Plus who knows what I missed while I was unknowingly logged out.
