worse experience. i want to return my item, i book for the doorstep pickup but nobody come to take the item from my house. i told them multiple time nobody is coming yet but the system already flag the iten has been successfully picked. and suddenly they refuse to give me my full refund. their fault but somehow i need to take the hit? if i can put -10 stars i will.
