Lags all the time, need to open the app to see who is in your yard, you have to wait minutes for it to open, if it opens.. Everytime we needed to look at a recording because of an event, it was never recorded. A major car accident right outside-nope....a bug flying pass-yep.
Shame they removed Google home support. Speed to view is also really slow
shockingly BAD, nightmares to set sensitivity for motion detection on my NVR-8ADVANX actually it doesn't respond set to 1% however I get 70+ motions detection over night recording of nothing... ghosts, but when someone walks up the driveway nothing when they walk down the driveway it recording WOW their back of head is really good for recognition.... 4k doorbell not bad but the app desperately needs to be binned, fire the software engineer, hire AI and start again. use Matter Protocol like TAPO
PLEASE STOP LETTING THEM METHS TURN MY DEVICES OFF. because the app is allowing my location to be tracked and our devices turned off. my stalking neighbors are tracking my location 2 blocks from my house when I go live on the app.My camera system is to protect my family not to be turned off by my stalkers Please be careful the cameras will spoof and skip by seconds an minutes.Cops will turn off app live when you pass them. SWANN PRODUCTS OUT OF BUSINESS IN ALL STOP...
I love it! it does take long sometimes to load the clips but still a great product. i have the 4k outdoor. I've been having issue's with the camera connection and app, it says network issue but i tested the network and the speed was perfect.
