only downloaded because they moved the smart shop onto here. Never had a problem with the smart shop. Now on here I'm stood in the shop and I just get the message to head to my nearest store so can't use it.

It's a nightmare. SmartShop was really good, simple and useful, on this one, I could not even create a shopping list, as it wanted to add exact product. Another thing I don't have my nectar points for entire shoping only points from My Nectar offers. Looks like my Nectar card is linked to the app but not to Sainsbury's. Why need to replace things which were working perfectly?
