EDIT: I overlooked canceling the subscription after the app refused to acknowledge my trial, and after I was charged, it suddenly recognized my subscription, but the apps inability to recognize my trial subscription defeats the purpose of having a trial in the first place. I avoid subscription based services as much as possible because of their collective unreliability. I would happily purchase a paid version of the app set at the cost of the current lifetime subscription, or up to $15.
