can not cancel my subscription. I have tried for two weeks now to cancel my subscription and can not. I've even written emails and they still take money out of my credit card weekly. I hate this app so much and their service is awful. the novelbar subscription doesn't show up in your Google Play subscriptions. it's seriously nowhere. worst app on the planet

Unable to cancel. Tried going through the cancelation process, it did not work. tried reaching for support and got told to use the process. Explained again the process did not work and got told to use the process. tried a third, fourth, fifth, and sixth time and got no response. Edit: Novelbar responded to this review in the same manner as they did my first 2 feedbacks in their app, by not reading the post and responding with their canned instructions that I specifically told them did not work.

Great books and a good way to kill time or keep yourself entertained, but don't buy a subscription. Even after cancelling they will charge you forever and don't respond to emails.
