the game is amazing but customer support is terrible. I reset a player and when I opened the talent box it glitched and gave me the wrong players cards. CS was not willing to do anything to help (even when I offered an easy solution to just let me buy another reset card this month). they won't lift a finger even after spending more $600 in game

As someone who played from launch, the game has turned into a literal black box, meaning you have no idea what is going on under the hood. The mechanics and stats dynamically change from match to match and even during matches. Having the stats or even the "skillz" matter little when rubber banding takes effect and Akashi is out rebounding Mitsubariki. Your Midorima that has hitting open threes all game will start bricking for no reason. Sometimes it doesn't even try to hide it.

This game is honestly fun, but to those who are new to the game, please try to be better. Don't limit yourselves, for the only reason I'm never playing the game is because I never did have good teammates. Your teammates will deteriorate your mental health slowly, so if you're planning on getting this game, I hope you have fun, I got to be Number 2 Aomine in Canada. So please have fun and don't let others drag you down.

This game literally gets no balances and the characters aren't fair at all because they are almost impossible to catch like say for example zone akashi, his fade takes extreme hard work for practicing blocking just to block that specific shot
