the app is very limited in its record and notification options. we keep missing so many records that would of been so cute because it only records for 30 seconds then does record again for anoter minute. please allow us to change how long recording last.also theres no reason why the RTSP stream should be blocked its a smart home device let it be used with home assistant...
It appears to be impossible to turn off the extremely obnoxious lost connection alarms, both on the dock and the app. God forbid you're wearing headphones and get blasted by the alarm out of nowhere. There needs to be a way to only get the red potential health problem alerts.
worst app ever, never works, constantly restarting my phone and doing all the steps to try and see my child and their troubleshooting page makes it seem like its our fault when clearly there are a lot of issues with this app
Had a bug and will not open even with clearing cache.
i just installed the app and i cant even configure the temperature units, its very not user frendly
If you don't have the app up constantly it won't stay connected, and then getting it to connect to your app again is extremely aggravating. A smart watch doesn't do that, why does this? it's sad that our standard for products that costs hundreds of dollars for such a simple device has gone from "excellent" to "works like a dollar store toy". It's a disgrace, and the developers should be ashamed of themselves considering this is a device meant to save a babies life. Greedy corporations.
