OptimalFit

Faster first launch, nutrition and coaching improvements.

OptimalFit is a fitness coaching app that helps you train with structure instead of guesswork. Follow a multi-week program, log your sets as you go, and let the app adjust the plan based on what you actually do. Olli, your optional in-app AI coach, can build a program around your schedule and equipment, and change it when your week does. • Guided workouts with timers, supersets and circuits • Set-by-set logging that works offline • Nutrition targets and meal logging, calibrated to your real activity • Progress charts for weight, body fat %, lean mass, training and nutrition • Health Connect sync: import weigh-ins, body fat, lean mass, steps and calories burned from your smart scale or other apps (optional, read-only) • Optional menstrual cycle tracker • Optional community feed OptimalFit requires an account and an OptimalFit Membership subscription, billed through Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in your Play Store subscription settings. OptimalFit is a fitness and nutrition tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
