don't purchase or pay! this company, PONS, has serious problems in managing their apps. earlier I've purchased the whole visual dictionary app with all items and lists, and after a while the company PONs decided that they cannot Support the app for technical reasons and the app stopped working on my device, and when I contacted them they offered me their basic A1 elementary Wörterbuch/liste in this vocabulary trainer app (they're promoting) although I'm learning B2! this is not a respectful move

i cant open an account. it just says "oops. something went wrong". tragic

After being in contact with the support because I also encountered the "Oops something went wrong"-problem, I was finally able to sign in. However I typically get now stuck in the data migration screen (which did not get solved with reinstalling the app). The only way that I'm able to use the app, is to first sign in in the browser and there click on the vocabulary trainer, so the app open (and works). All of this renders this potential good app fully useless.
