Effectively useless if you want to use it to actually buy games as it guides you to the website in a browser and doesn't even direct you back after your purchase is complete. weird that this is the app that needs to be used to view play time when that really has no connection to "Store". All around, unless you have some niche need for this app (like wanting to view your game playtime from a mobile device) it's a pretty useless app in my opinion.
a multi billion dollar company who can not make an app? why most I be routed to a web browser when using this app. clunky, hard to use, irrelevant info and search results.. alongside not a propper Scandinavian location this is just embarrassing.
cant log in. stupid passkey nonsense. tried to log in but doesnt work. trued to reset password but it keeps asking for passkey that I dont even have, so HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO RESET PASSWORD!! WTH!

terrible app that just gets more frustrating to use. why does Nintendo insist on doing things so backwards?? Do you not like people giving you money? I mean, if I can't find what I'm looking for because your search is absolute garbage, then I'm not buying anything and walking away frustrated. You know, the basics. Simplify things for your customers and they will spend more money. This shouldn't be something that should have to be explained to an adult unless they're just brain-dead.
