Frequently crashed when loading the app. Can you guys fix it ASAP?

Very disappointed experience. The game keeps taking my coins even when the system is frozen or completely unresponsive. Coins are deducted but I don’t even get to play properly. This is not just frustrating, it is completely unfair to the players. If the system crashes or freezes, why are our coins still being deducted? Please fix this issue immediately and return the coins that were lost due to these system problems. I definitely do NOT recommend this game!
