To register for free band at Samoset I had paid $0.50 for this app. Which I didn't know. I paid it. Now I can't sign in for my son or myself. If I don't download the app for my son or self, he can't join let alone see. You as a parent also have to join & download another app for parents/adults. It keeps telling me on both apps that we're not registered. I deleted my account, went through the process again and still no success. I have not received SMS code to phone either.
Requiring a credit card to set up a kid account is unacceptable! Band won't allow my 10yo to have a regular account so we tried to set up a kid account so she can access her dance choreo videos. It said I was getting an email to confirm. When I confirmed, it requested my credit card for a one time small fee for confirmation. Excuse me, what? My confirmation is confirmation! Band shouldn't need my credit card! Shame on band! I'll just keep downloading and emailing the videos to her instead.
I'm not getting notifications even though I allow. I'm missing important information!
I've been trying to create a child account for my child. Was charged 50 cents which I don't mind. What upsets me is after the charge and the consent, the child account still doesn't exist. I already tried twice and was charged twice. The process used is very frustrating. My child has no phone number and I can no longer use my phone number as the app has told me my number has been used too many times.
