If there were a Zero Stars option, they’d have earned it. Terrible app. Terrible bikes. Terrible customer service. I understood maybe 2 or 3 words out of every sentence she said. At that point, communication became more of a guessing game than customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money. You’re honestly better off walking.

The app is terrible at giving up to date info on available bikes.

awful awful awful. they are only getting 1 star because they DID provide me with live support ay 10:30pm on a Sunday. HOWEVER... why i cannot get 2 bikes under the same account, at one time, is ridiculous. If they're worried about the theft, then request additional verification like a photo ID or payment hold or BOTH. This is 2026 and to hear drom the leove agent that I needed to purchased a separate day pass was ridiculous

wouldn't let me use any of my 3 different cards (visa, Mastercard, discover). eventually let me use my PayPal. $3 undocking fee which they dont mention and confusing day pass which you only get 2 hours free and still have to pay per minute. more per hour for the ebikes. doesn't seem worth it imo

Doesn't work on Galaxy phones. Spent 30 minutes in blistering heat trying to scan 3 bikes only for the app to keep saying "unable to unlock, try again" over and over. This app sucks and I'll never even bother with it again. Stick to citibike
