This app is terrible. When trying to check out a bike, it displays "Unlock" and then immediately locks the bike again. No explanation of what is wrong, just failure to work with no way to know how to fix the problem. I had one day to explore Chicago, and not having a bike really screwed up my plans. Thanks for nothing Lyft.

Ideally, dock technology would advance to the point where the app can tell the difference between a badly docked bike and an open spot, and I'd know to take an e-bike home when none of the four docks within a half mile of my house have any parking. Sadly, we're not there yet, so I'd appreciate the option to swap my dock-only rental for one of the park-anywhere e-bikes taking up the docked spots, so I don't wind up farther than I started when I tried to use my micro-mobility subscription.

Why pay annual plan? I have had so many payment issues and that's when I try to add money to this account. I have money, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app. It's awful for Android. Adding, the support there is null. Don't depend on this app to get to work on time.
