This app is the worst I've ever used; rather than making it simple to visit Rowdah, it makes the procedure more complex.The majority of the time slots are locked, making it impossible to reserve your preferred time. When the slots are open, this app will display an error message such as "something went wrong, please try again later." The staff at the Nusuk counters are even worse; they don't help anyone or resolve any issues. They told us to keep trying and that there was nothing we could do.
