always disconnects.

it's ok. the app only records in 60 second clips and there is not an option to record longer even if you pay a higher monthly fee. the sleep reports are really hard to read. we used the snoo app before and there sleep logs were so easy to understand. the miku reports are only available after the day is over! if my baby just woke up from a nap, it won't simply show how long he was asleep. so, it's OK at best, especially for the HIGH cost. I would get a normal baby monitor of i could go back.

UPDATED: not only did they went under fake bankruptcy to avoid getting their "assets" back together, now the app is even worthless. They've cut all the features from what the company was supposed to do, now it simply doesn't work. Simply breaks feed without notifying and won't turn back feed on for no reason without having you to re-pair the device. Perfect to make sure you won't wake up at night to monitor your baby. This app is a joke and dangerous to use.

app is not functional on Android devices only works properly on iOS.

Android app never worked well in the first place (had to force close and manually clear the cache from Android OS to connect back to the video) but recent updates have completely broken it on Android. Even that old trick won't work now, and I haven't been able to connect with my phone (Pixel 10 Pro) for at least a couple of months now. Still seems to work on iPad, and Samsung devices. However they have coded this app seems to be quite poorly done and not following normal best practices.

save yourself the frustration and avoid this app. It was great for a minute, but after their reorg it's been horrible.
