The game is fantastic but it's let down by some levels having a realtime mechanic which doesn't mesh well with the turn-based gameplay. E.g. some power-ups make your turns take longer due to extended animations, and on those levels that can lose it for you instead of making you more powerful.

After some time as an experienced and active player I can still say it's still pretty fun. simple fun. yes it's very repetitive so don't have high expectations especially after you complete the main chapters. My biggest complaint would be the way drops work. it's quite annoying doing runs with no drops and the only way to even get the drops are to shovel which isn't guaranteed. Too much grinding with no rewards are a huge waste of time.
