Ely McDonald's is a local Joke. Multiple users in my house have ordered and had 5 out of 7 deliveries where we had to drive there because of missing items. They act like we are the problem? We pay higher prices, delivery costs and still have to go there because they dont give you the full order. Then they treat you like you are trying to steal from them. Appalling behaviour. Appalling service. I am so out of pocket with this company and delivery service.

The app is a complete nightmare so would prefer to give 0 score but had to give 1 to place. I tried for nearly an hour to place an order for click and serve and the app refused everyone of my payment methods. Every time I got an error message to contact my bank but I have used the same card with the app previously. Complete waste of time talking to a bot and ended up leaving with no food and contemplating unistalling the app completely and I just won't bother using McDonalds for food again.
The messaging feature doesn't work, only to respond to preselected options. It wouldn't let me send my typed response and I can't find any other way to contact someone
