Good enough. Hard to find bikes before, but now during the mayoral race, there's too many bikes and no docks available sometimes. Overall it's a great service to have access to, and I love it.

I really regret purchasing this membership. About 80% of the time when I want to use the service, there are no bikes available at the station. And to make matters worse, sometimes the only bikes available are electric bikes, which means I have to pay an additional $1 just to use the service I have already paid for. I would really like to get my money back, but if I remember correctly, the contract says that refunds are not possible.

Cool app, easy to use for foreigners. Almost all the bicycles I found in the parking lot were in good condition. The only thing I'm missing is support for smartphones. That would upgrade the user experience.
