This is the worst bike share app I have used in any city. It doesn't let you change your card info in the app and makes you call. Service reps sound like they're underwater. Their service went down for half the year with no urgency to fix the situation. This is not what a successful bike share in a city looks like.
30 mins limit for the passes are stupid. this can only be used for small trips now. not for Joyrides
