This app paired with the trail cam is awful. It constantly disconnects, the buffering is horrible, and customer service never responds. Then the camera is cheap and defective, so that makes it worse. I also paid for 2 months of combo service and didn't get any use out of it. Google only refunded 1 month, so I'll have to contact my bank to get the other taken off. What a ripoff!

I've been going back & forth for at least a couple months now with customer service because my cameras aren't capturing video & the issue still hasn't been fixed. I'm tired of paying for service & storage when I can't capture video to the cloud.

no direct support on app, each camera added needs it's a subscription unlike the other camera services of competitors

Paid for service,.. it's not working well at all. And of course, customer service hasn't even bothered to read my messages. App keeps telling me to update it, but when I go thru the steps to try, it says no update available 😒 9.99 wasted on a 30 $ camera 😞
