I purchased the full report but the app chatged twice more from my bank and I complained on app and they said its Google Play problem. i requested refund and same answer.I feel this is rather scam. I would like to delete it as soon as I get refund. I have captured all related screenshots. comprehensive report had been stopped for 53% and app is saying input had been enough. theres descrepency in in-app payment($9.99) and bank statement (17.99GBP=23.34USD).
Thank you Ingan, I been avoiding therapy all my life and trying to wing self understanding but thru talks with the Ingan counselor something clicked for me that answered a question I never had for the longest time- about why I approach life the way I do even tho I wanted to change, about why I was attracted to who I was attracted to. I found the answer to all that made me feel like I was broken, broken because I just couldn't find the answer. What started as a fun IG analysis became smth more.
Unable to use app - before you can use the app you arrive at a login screen. At the bottom there is a notice to create an account but it is not clickable, so there is no way to create an account. The option to use a username and password is useless if you don't already have an account, and there is no indication of how to get one. Update: Creating an account on Kakao, I could log in and use the app. Next day, however, everything is in Korean and I can't locate the toggle for English.
So, I made 2 purchases on the app. Both were supposed to be $9.99. I have the screenshot proving this from my purchace history. Well, I checked my bank statement today and it turns out that the app charged me 19.99 for both of the transactions I made. Oh, and I lost a $2.00 Google play credit on one of those purchases. I gave the app one star only because I had to in order to make this post.
The real deal. It would be great to have an "export profile" feature to provide to a clinician
