Worst app ever. Bought this and for the first 4 months it worked great. Notifications came in fine, was able to view live footage. After that, the live camera stopped working even though it was still recording motion detecting events. Went through all the troubleshooting and found a fix by unplugging the camera for half the day and plugging it back in. However, this only lasts about a week or two. Today I had to had to unplug it, plugged it back in hours later, but it still doesn't work.

Horrendous app! Considering it's a device to monitor the safety of infants, the camera goes offline all the time, the app always crashes. I even tried premium, but every other day, the app clitches & says it's "premium" but then says i need to upgrade to premium. I've already had to reset the camera 5 times within a month. The support is slow and unable to resolve the issues. Would not recommend, wish i could get a refund as nothing about the product or the app is fit for purpose.

This app is so glitchy. The camera doesnt always load, and the sleep section only works consistently 50% of the time. It either doesnt load any sleep or doesnt save properly. It also doesnt always pick up motion. Last night it recorded no movement for my baby from 11:30 until 6 am. He moves every 5 minutes and while we were awake during that time we watched him move on the monitor and I created movement at one point by going in and moving a soother. This is not the first time that has happened.
