IQRAN — Prayer & Quran

• A clear answer to "can I pray now?": the assistant now speaks from your location's prayer times for today and the current time. • After fajr begins, the home card reads "Fajr" with the end of the window underneath. • The rating prompt no longer keeps asking.

IQRAN is a companion for prayer, for the Quran and for the things a Muslim reaches for during the day. — PRAY ALONG — Perform the prayer together with spoken guidance. As the recitation goes on, the words being said and the posture you should be in appear on screen. Separate posture illustrations are drawn for men and for women. The sunnah and fard of all five daily prayers are taught rakah by rakah, and the lesson follows the school of law and the language you have chosen. The closing supplications are included, with their postures. — THE HOLY QURAN — All 6,236 verses, in two reading modes: • Arabic: the text in Arabic script with a Latin transliteration beside it. Press play and the verses are recited in order while the current verse is highlighted. Audio keeps playing after the screen goes dark. • Meaning: read the verse in your own language. Translations are available in ten languages. Choose among nine reciters, search by surah or verse, keep bookmarks, resume where you stopped and follow a reading plan. On Fridays the app reminds you of Surah Al-Kahf. — PRAYER TIMES AND QIBLA — Prayer times are calculated for your location on our own servers, with the precautionary margins used by Turkey's Diyanet. If you would rather not share your location, you can pick your city by hand. Time notifications are optional. Mark the prayers you have performed and keep track of the ones you owe. A qibla compass and nearby mosques are included, and home screen and lock screen widgets show the next prayer without opening the app. — MORE — • Hadith collections • Supplications and dhikr, digital tasbih • Islamic catechism (ilmihal) • The life of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him • The 99 names of Allah • Religious days, the Hijri calendar and Ramadan • A community forum • An AI assistant you can put questions to The app is available in ten languages: Turkish, English, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Russian, German, French, Indonesian and Spanish. — SCHOOL OF LAW — IQRAN follows Ahl as-Sunnah.
