GoDaddy Conversations

10/20/2026 UPDATE THEY MADE EVERYONE GO THROUGH THE GO DADDY APP AND THEY INCOMPETANT PEOPLE IN INDIA HAVE NO CLUE AND CANNOT HELP. THEY CANNOT FIND MY ACCOUNT AND YOU ONLY SPEAK WITH UNINTELLIGENT FOREIGNERS THAT BARELY UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THESE CROOKS AND PEOPLE OVERSEAS ARE most incompetent customer service on the planet. They do not have a clue about billing or renewals! the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Completely incompetent.

The Conversations app crashes every time I open it. Incoming calls ring once, then go straight to voicemail, making it impossible to answer business calls. I get call notifications in the main GoDaddy app and found the dial pad there, but I still can't answer incoming calls. I uninstalled Conversations to troubleshoot, but then calls didn't ring at all, even though GoDaddy still showed call activity. This needs to be fixed—reliable incoming calls are essential for a business line.

Awful it should be this complicated to cancel an app. It makes more sense that it is done deliberately to retain accounts, and collect fees out of customers giving up in frustration. Avoid, I just spent 30 minutes trying to cancel. This level of frustration will never be worth it. Do NOT download.

buggy and broken, not well designed.

absolutely horrible, paid for a year and it hasn't worked for six months.

With so many bad reviews is go daddy going to do something about this?
