Hello Support Team, My Ragnarok: Back to Glory account is linked to my Facebook account. On the last update, you require us to use the 3rd party logins such as facebook, google or apple ID, but Facebook has permanently disabled the account I used and I can no longer log in to the game. Emails were sent but devs are unresponsive. Id even created a ticket for this but its been 3 days now and theres still no action. Ive missed alot of boss hunts and daily quests. Im thinking of quiting.

I quite enjoy this game because the main story line is very interesting. but I cannot find a party for dungeon quests, always queuing but not body join. I didn't find any language other than the Philippines in global chat.
