it works. easy to set up. I have had a problem with the device itself with how its taking videos. I would like to solve the issue with that if I could get ahold of someone in the tech department. and too I was charged twice for my service this month and I don't know why. both payments was complete. so I would like my money back or at least applied to next month.

if i could give this zero stars i would. the subscription that i paid for stopped working after maybe 3 days, but as i was in a different county i assumed it was the camera. got back to check and the camera seems fine it just wont reconnect to the 4g. tried getting at least a partial refund but because its been more than 48 hours i guess im just SOL. this is the last time ill try to save $ by doing the annual subscription. do not waste your money like i did.
