Every time I try to download a full-resolution photo, the download gets to around 75% before failing with an "Internet connection failed" error, even though my internet connection is perfectly fine. This happens consistently, making it nearly impossible to download my own photos. It's incredibly frustrating that such a basic feature doesn't work properly. Please fix this issue!

used to be great, but terrible now. Deleted account after 15+ years of Pro. My private photos started having a view count (problem never fixed, just passed around). then was no longer able to download my own videos as files on mobile or desktop, only a static Flickr link; when I asked about when the change occurred and why we were never notified, I received no answer. Support rarely fixes the issues anymore and seems like things are outsourced to AI.
