I’m extremely disappointed with EA’s customer service. My account was banned, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I haven’t received a response or a clear explanation for the ban. I deserve to know why my account was banned and have an opportunity to resolve this issue. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience with EA.
