AWFUL COMPANY. Auto renew subscriptions with no notifications, doesn't send receipts, and when asked to cancel the one-year renewal that took place not even 4 days before and they absolutely refuse. They also cannot tell me when they sent the emails about my renewal coming up when I asked. Very bait and switchy tactics, with terrible customer service.

The latest interface has greatly improved on earlier versions. I'd like to see the News section include similar subsection options like the ones found in the watch panel. I like the the amount of written content, and I'm looking forward to future updates/improvements on this platform.
