Okay it's now 3 months as of October 17. How long should I wait? I'm getting notifications to RENEW my mining package. How to renew? I have sent several messages to REACTIVATE my account. My account is suspended for violation. . I have already submitted the documents for verification to Greg - support staff as per request . But no response so far.
