Coupang - Mobile Shopping

We were using this app in Canada, somehow it's not working. It keep saying network error. Is there a way we can figure this problem? I would love to use this app again!

Why require sign in everytime, and the app shows no network connection, like why?

No english option. Uninstalled. ALSO had to completely switch to GMarket instead of this coupang site I've spent so much money on. I have some really big expensive purchases to make and every time I try to check out it says I have to pay an extra 20 something thousand won for their wow rocket x weird membership club and if not it closes out of the checkout entirely and they won't let me purchase what I need to purchase. I just bought all the stuff on GMarket instead without the fussy K-drama.
