the refund policy is absolutely predatory. I had to update the app to cancel a day after auto renewal and they want to keep the $70 and start the cancelation date at one year after the charge. absolutely disgusting. disputing through my bank now and just terribly dissapointed that is even necessary for an education based app. edit: look at these guys acting like I need to reach out for them to fix their problem. I already reached out to my bank. you can see who I am and you know what you did.

I LOVE THIS APP! As a grandmother this app gives me access to my grandsons very first year of school and allows me to see pictures throughout the year and see their progress and I get to reward them points and gift them things. it's just a real fun way to be a part of their life since they don't all live near me.
